In addition to the guidelines included in the ZVEI Code of Conduct, Pepperl+Fuchs has identified some aspects that are especially important to our company and has focused on them in our global policies. These principles are binding for all Pepperl+Fuchs subsidiaries worldwide.
At Pepperl+Fuchs, we strive to fulfill the most sophisticated demands with the quality standard of our processes, products, and services. We continuously develop and improve our processes to provide our customers with state-of-the-art technologies and high-quality products that they can rely on at all times. We feel it is important to clarify that Pepperl+Fuchs does not directly procure from third parties, or process, any 3TG raw materials. The Global Conflict Free Sourcing Policy documents that we, at Pepperl+Fuchs, will not accept any 3TG raw materials sourced in conflict areas. Therefore, we ask our suppliers along the supply chain to source 3TG materials only from conflict-free certified smelters.
Even though our electronic production facilities exhibit a relatively low potential for hazards in comparison to other industrial sectors, environmental protection is an important topic for Pepperl+Fuchs. The Environmental Protection Policy documents how we contribute to the protection of the environment and natural resources.
With over 6,300 employees worldwide, the owning families and management are still committed to the assertion that everyone employed by the Pepperl+Fuchs group is a member of the family. The basis for our company success is fair and respectful treatment, both internally and externally
